“Tomé esta fotografía en el noviembre de 1991, en los talleres de Managua.
¡Uno puede ver fácilmente que las lámparas, ventanas y números han sido retirados, y que todavía tiene sus colores antiguos y el "Parche" de pintura! (Cubriendo el logotipo “CN” original)
Asimismo, se encuentra en el mismo lugar como en tu foto de blanco y negro (1/1990).
Un ferrocarril oficial que le pregunté dijo que tenía el número de la FCN "908" y nunca funcionó."

“I took this photograph in November 1991, in the Managua workshops "Taller".
One can easily see that lamps, windows and numbers have been taken away, and it still has its old colors and the "Patch" of paint! (covering the original "CN" logo)
Furthermore, it stands on the same place as in your b/w photo (1/1990).
A railroad official I asked said it had the FCN number "908" and it had never ran.”

Fotografiado aquí en Antofagasta, Chile en septiembre de 1996, esperando su reconstrucción que se logro terminar en mayo de 1999; después de ser vendido en 1994, al FCAB “Ferrocarril de Antofagasta a Bolivia”.

La locomotora 908; todavía mostraba sus colores originales del ferrocarril “Canadian-National” (CN) y el número originale 918 Canadiense, en el tablero de número delantero. Puede ver el parche de pintura gris en la parte delantera que cubrió el logotipo "CN" original.

Esta locomotora unca fue pintado con los colores de la librea de “Ferrocarril de Nicaragua”.

Locomotive 908 was still displaying its original Canadian-National (CN) colors and Canadian number 918, on the front number-board.You can see the grey paint patch on the front which covered the original "CN" logo.

This locomotive was never painted with the “Ferrocarril de Nicaragua” livery colors.

“The Locomotive CNR #918 arrived in Chile (1994), badly cannibalized of parts, it was the last NF210 locomotive unit to be rebuilt by FCAB in 5/1999.”

NF210 fueron reconstruidas antes de entrar en servicio con FCAB,
equipado con sistema de microcontrol Q-Tron y freno dinámico (ningún
freno dinámico en 1425). Estas locomotoras fueron reconstruidas con aire acondicionado en la cabina, necesario para los controles de microprocesador. | Mel Turner wrote; The
NF210 locomotives were all rebuilt prior to entering service with FCAB,
fitted with Q-Tron microcontrol system dynamic brake (no dynamic brake
